First hole of the Jubilee Course
Mark and Dale along with seven other men from Hidden Valley golfed yesterday on the Jubilee Course at St. Andrews. I was worried if Mark would like the course as they are quite different here. He came back to the room and was resting when I came in and he had a smile on his face. He shot a 43 on the front nine and had 4 pars and that made him happy. He was supposed to have a caddie but for some reason he and Dale didn't get one and had to carry their own clubs (horrors?). He came back happy that he didn't waste 65 pounds because he wanted to see what it was like on his own and the wind was blowing 45-50 mph. He said on the back nine his putt blew off of the green! On another hole, he said that he hit it long and straight but at the last minute it held in the air and then just dropped.
