Cycling from St. Remy to Arles

We started our first full day ride with a bit of mist which is always makes for a beautiful countryside.  

 Van Gogh's sunflowers just happen to be dead this time of year.  I still like them though.

We rode into Arles where Vincent Van Gogh lived in the "Yellow House" made famous in his painting.  He painted 200 paintings in the 14 months he lived here.  We walked along the Rhone River and into the village.  We walked around the Roman Amphitheater with Karl and Ann Jepsen.  It dates back to 90 AD.  It is used now for concerts and bullfights.
